A particulate filter must be regenerated regularly.
\nIf you only drive short distances and the filter does not reach the high temperature required for proper combustion of all soot particles, these will instead accumulate in the particle filter and then problems arise.
\nThis leads to the particle filter light coming on and the particle filter becoming clogged with soot.
\nDepending on the amount of soot, different measures may be required, you can clean with our DPF Super Clean or wash the particle filter in place or disassemble it and wash it: <\/p>\n
