Particle filter

GAT DPF Purifier, item no. 62009

is a high performance additive for use in all diesel engines to reduce soot and exhaust emissions and increase engine performance.
Compatible with all diesel engines and suitable for all types of diesel fuels.
Only a clean fuel system guarantees optimal operation of all system components, efficient engine performance and minimum exhaust emissions!

The product protects diesel particulate filters and the environment, reduces soot formation and supports regeneration of the diesel particulate filter, lowersthe ignition temperature of the soot so that it burns and prevents the filter from becoming full.
Improves the storage and corrosion stability of diesel fuel and acts as an anti-foaming agent, better cold start properties.
Regular use helps keep the filter clean, avoiding expensive repairs to the particulate filter system.

Do this:
Added regularly every 500 miles before filling up the tank.
Enough for 60 liters of diesel.
The product works during operation.

GAT DPF & Catalyst Cleaning Foam, art no 62099

A highly effective aerosol for easy and quick cleaning of diesel particulate filters and catalysts without disassembly in cars.
Recommended especially for vehicles used mostly for city driving.
Preventive use at every service can help avoid future problems with particulate filters.
Also very suitable for cleaning EGR valves!

Dissolves all impurities and soot deposits in the diesel particulate filter, on the catalytic converter and EGR valves to restore functionality.
The automatic regeneration process can be started and the micro-fine dissolved particles are carried to the pre-bank.
Reduces operating costs and provides optimal engine performance and lower fuel consumption.

Proceed as follows: PThe particulate filter should not be hotter than 40 degrees during cleaning.
Depending on the car brand, remove the temperature/pressure sensor or any other connection on the particulate filter or catalyst.
Shake well and spray the entire can in 5 second intervals into the diesel particulate filter.
If the warning light is not extinguished by the automatics, connect to diagnostic equipment and then start the regeneration.

DPF Air Jet Fluid, part no 62030

used together with our compressed air gun art. no. 6160-1 to quickly and easily clean particle filters on site without disassembly. Easy to use – just remove the temperature sensor at the front of the particle filter.

Do this:
Start the car and let it idle, insert the probe into the opening and spray in 5 second intervals.
If the filter is completely full, stop the engine after a while and fill the filter with Air Jet Fluid and let it work for about 10 minutes.
Start the engine and then continue with the engine idling until the sprayer is empty.
After cleaning, screw back the temperature sensor and check that no error codes are present.
Add a DPF Purifier part no: 62009 to the tank and drive the car to start a regeneration.
If the regeneration does not start automatically by the car electronics, start it manually.

DPF Air Jet, item no 6160-1

The compressed air gun is equipped with a movable probe and, after removing the temperature and pressure sensor, can be inserted through the opening of the particulate filter.
There, DPF Air Jet Fluid part no.
62030 is applied at intervals and dissolves all soot residues and pollutants, which are then sent for combustion.

The particle filter does not need to be dismantled, retains its value and, thanks to a clean filter, optimizes the combustion of the soot particles and reduces the environmental impact.

Do this:
The DPF Air Jet air gun is used in conjunction with DPF Air Jet Fluid, a detailed user manual is included with the product.

DPF Cleaning Liquid, item no 62010

is used to clean heavily soiled particle filters.
A particle filter washer
dissolves impurities in the diesel particulate filter and restores its function and dissolves all operational soot deposits and contaminants.
The product is
easily degradable and offers a clear cost advantage compared to installing a new particulate filter

Do this:
1. dismantle the particle filter and fill in the cleaning fluid about 3-5 liters depending on the size of the particle filter.
2. leave the product to work for about 8 – 10 hours, shaking the filter a few times during this time.
3. check the level regularly and top up if necessary.
4. Empty the particle filter
5. Rinse the filter clean with lukewarm water.
6. Refit the particulate filter and carry out a test drive of at least 15 minutes.
On some cars you will need to
you enter into the computer that the filter is changed otherwise the error code for full filter remains.
Mixing ratios 1:4 with water.
For heavily contaminated filters 1:1
